Refunds
Ticket Books
Refunds are issued for unexpired ticket books using the below formula. Refunds cannot be issued for expired ticket books. Ticket books cannot be exchanged, even if they are still valid.
There is a refund fee of ¥210 per ticket book.

Commuter and Student Passes
Commuter and student passes are purchased in month increments, and therefore refunds are issued in month increments.
For example, if a three-month commuter pass is used for one month and one day, only a one month fare will be refunded.
However, refunds issued within seven days of when the pass began to be used are calculated differently.
One-month passes cannot be refunded after being used for eight days or more.
There is a refund fee of ¥220 per pass.

All-Day Passes
Refunds can be issued for unused all-day passes on day of purchase.
There is a refund charge of ¥210 per refund.
Group Tickets
Refunds can be issued for unused group tickets. There is a refund charge of ¥210 per refund. A refund in the event of a change in group size is calculated based on an established formula. Please contact the department in charge for details.
